At our initial consultation we discuss your dream space, including taste and preferences, likes and dislikes, your wish list, needs and must haves. We take measurements and pictures, then discuss the scope of work. We explain the process and timeframe involved. After, you'll receive your proposal.
During this phase we are brainstorming, sourcing and gathering all the necessary information including pricing, availability, and samples to present to you during our Presentation Meeting. A 50% deposit is required to start this phase and process should take roughly 2-4 weeks.
After fine tuning all the options, you are presented with a visual representation of your Final Design. The presentation includes final floor plans, 3D renderings, and total design look-book depicting any fabrics, furnishings, fixtures, finish samples and all the details and specifications involved as required. Upon review, discussion and approval, we can move to the ordering phase.
While you sit back and relax, we do the hard leg work! Our local contractor teams are hired, furnishings and items are ordered on your behalf always with your approval. We work seamlessly with vendors and contractors to ensure all details are taken care of. There is a $1000 deposit required at signing.
Here is where dream becomes a reality! Furniture is delivered, work is done by trades men, window coverings and light fixtures are installed, artwork is hung, and accessories are placed. You'll do a final walkthrough and finally enjoy your space!
